I have a deep passion not only for fitness and nutrition; but firmly believe we cannot make change without addressing the thoughts and behaviors that drive us daily.

With a double Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology and multiple personal training and group fitness certifications, Tami has found her true passion in life: helping others achieve their fitness goals by also helping them achieve their optimum mental fitness.
