Initial session

Service Description

Whether you're looking to meet with Tami for personal training, nutritional coaching or life coaching services, an initial session is required so we can get to know each other better. During this session, we will go over paperwork, set goals and establish a schedule that works for you.

Cancellation Policy

All services with exception of seminars require a 24-hour cancellation notice to avoid full payment fee. Please contact Tami a minimum of 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
